Pac Man gets cloned... again.
This time it's the Ghost's Revenge, a Dominic Wood title which plays and looks better than the official release.
It's still not a good conversion, that would only happen with Miss Pacman.

Graphically it looks like this could have been a very competent Pac-Man game, but gameplay wise it's lacking. The keys are a bit of a hassle with L for left and enter for right, which on a modern day keyboard does not work at all, I'm thankful I was able to play the game with the Kempston joystick mapped to the cursor keys, I suggest you do the same to avoid having to use the utterly bonkers default left and right keys. Another problem is when you start a game it plays a tune that goes on for just about a few seconds too long for a game like Pac-Man, especially when it does this every time you lose a life, you just want to get on with it but this thing won't let you. And also, I didn't even eat all the dots in screen 2 and it just completed it for me anyway! Bit of a disappointment this actually. I played a much better clone a few weeks ago called Miracle Man and as such I'm off to have another round of that instead.
