This utility is an arcade game designer as it is clear by the name. The utitily includes a game made using the program called Nutty Gnome, a sort of Manic Miner (what else, eh?). The game should be listed in the WOS archive, after all it is a game by itself. Nevertheless the game alone can give an idea of the capabilities of the Arcade Creator, that's it's purpose. But as you can check it's not that great. In 1986 games were a lot more complex than in 1983 when Manic Miner came out, so you would expect an utility which allowed to create some similar, at least close to what was in vogue, that's not the case with Arcade Creator, if Nutty Gnome is a good example then games made with the tool will not only look simple and outdated, but worse, will tend to slow down as you play them. Not what you dream as a games creator.
