The link is working now. This is an excellent thumb-numbing shooter with great music. I'm impressed! It's well worth downloading for a couple bucks. Nice job, Fransouls and team!

Great work so far! It looks awesome! I like the look of the drag and drop interface that you created. Also nice is that you have an integrated emulator for testing.

First time I'm hearing about Maglaxians too. What a name! I gave it a go and was pleasantly surprised! Very playable and I like the simplicity of the levels even though they still present a challenge. Thanks for the suggestion, R-Tape . A game that I've been going back to a lot lately is Wild West H...

Agree. These are minor bugs which don’t affect the awesome gameplay in any way. I completed the game with only a couple of small graphical errors popping up.

Re: SHEEPISH-so much violence in the world of herding!
Oops, I ran into another bug. This one causes you to have to reset the computer or skip to the next level. It can be reproduced on the Next as well as on an emulator. It happens on level 1. Here's how to reproduce the bug: 1. On level 1, pick up any sheep 2. Get yourself in front of the ACME truck, ...

Re: SHEEPISH-so much violence in the world of herding!
I tried playing again on my Next and after many tries, was able to encounter the bug that shows in TJ's video (attributes on the edges of the play area go funky). I could only see it happen on level 2 and it only happened once out of many tries. FYI, I'm playing on the latest version - downloaded ye...

Great game! Thanks for sharing. I never knew Frank N Stein BITD and tried it once recently. This game is giving me a need to revisit it.
Made it to level 2 in hard mode, accidentally.

Very nice work gabriele amore and Lee Bee ! I was expecting something good but this exceeded my expectations. It has a unique mechanic and I love the animations and the well-picked tune. Excellent job on the tune, Lee Bee. It made me like the song more than before. Let me get this onto my Next. Ther...

Based on what I've played:
1. Commando
2. Marauder
3. Ghosts 'n' Goblins
Some of the other choices makes me think I should play more of these entries.

Re: NEXT FAQ’s
Thanks Seven.FFF for the detailed write-up on how the keyboard mapping works. I looked at the mapping details on Gitlab and it's interesting to see which ps/2 keys are mapped to the Next keyboard. For example, I didn't know that the tilde button on the ps/2 keyboard is mapped to the Edit key(useful ...

Thanks for linking to the original bug report, @Seven.FFF . Good to know that it's a known issue. I'll try the PS2 keyboard map method that you suggested.Seven.FFF wrote: ↑Sat Feb 24, 2024 6:12 pm It's a known bug/limitation in the ps/2 hardware state machine, unfortunately: https://gitlab.com/thesmog358/tbblue/-/issues/86

Re: Your best ZX Spectrum game based on time constraints
My go-to games change over time, but here they are these days: 5 minutes The Pyramid I've always really enjoyed this game but I can't get further than level 8ish without cheating. Every small window of time I have, I'll have another go at it. It's a shortcut in my Speccy Next Links folder. But what ...

Biltong also makes good bait for South Africans!
My early Speccy days were in South Africa but I’ve never run into that title. I do recall the ZX Mushroom club. I think one of my Speccy friends was part of the club.
