Hi everyone,
Could anyone tell me if it is possible to play these games on the ngo and if so how to get them to work. I'm not even sure its possible. I think is from a ZXuno.https://zxonline.net/game/fighting-street/

Just having a read around and the ngo's are in stock at the moment. The old link does not seem to work but they can be found here.

Updated my N-Go a couple of nights ago. I used a new 16gb sd card and kept my original safe. I did not expect to see the updater screen and the mention of updating of the cores. Anyway left if running and went away. A few minutes later something happened in the house to cause a power cut on the sock...

Has anyone else had a go at this? It seems difficult to play in the short time I had a go with it. Pull rod left or right and tension up or down but how do you reel in?

Remember Football manager 1982.
Can any of you remember the 1982 version of football manager. It was super easy to break into the game and see the programming, but if you ever wanted to then play the game using the option run never did work for me. Just remembering back to the good old days did anyone know how to get it to work. W...

Re: Aftermarket 12v car charge or 5v USB PSU for any Spectrum?
You could try a 240v inverter that clips onto the battery. This changes the 12v to 240v then use a normal speccy plug. Just get a big enough rated invertor.

Raspberry pi header removal
I bought a pi zero to add to my spectrum n-go but it has the wrong header. I'm attempting to remove the old header with my new desoldering iron. It's making a reasonable job, I need to revisit a couple of pads but how would others remover the header in one go. https://i.postimg.cc/Mc14Kygm/IMG-20220...

Re: how far can the graphics go.
Well i created this thread and I thought it was going to be a simple question to answer. I read around the net that the chip could handle graphics up to about the level of the game boy. I expected it to handle better but I guess I was wrong. Don't get me wrong i love the n-go (next clone) and think ...

Info on Rams
Hi all,
I've downloaded the rams (rusty arcade machine) file for next but there are no games in the files. Can anyone tell me what extension files i need to be searching the net for please. I read on rusty pixles site something about meme files and a google search sends me to the git hub.
Thanks

how far can the graphics go.
I would just say my N-go is fantastic and playing the old games is great, but I would like to know do you think the next/n-go is restricted and can do more in the future. I ask because on some models there is a pi zero accelerated. I listen and there are threads about unlocking more cores etc. This ...

hi mate, There are plenty of people who will give you good advice on how to test ect but I know that I bought a load of 4116 chips from china and waited about 5 weeks for them. I socketed them and put them in but the fault remained. I have no way to tell if the chips were good. I took a punt and bo...

Re: The Spectrum wasn’t just a computer - it was a family
What a great read, this literally could have been written by me. I'm the same age and had the same spectrums and even went to the mega drive at the same time. I also missed out on the spectrum community and a cheap 48k membrane bought by my son this year made me aware. I spent 3 months trying to bri...

Re: Yellow button on N-G0
Thanks, Alcoholics Anonymous for your detailed reply. I have been playing with my new toy over the last week and i really like it. The snapshot function is working fine and saving the games to the menu works at treat. The changing game speeds is fun and using robocop at 7mhz is a laugh. Putting the ...
