Re: Your Computer Magazine type-ins not in the archve

I could get a TAP image of this graphic tool (until now only existing as Z80 snapshot image), published as type-in at Your Computer magazine (issue June'84) and it works, after testing it.

Enter Spectrum covertapes (issues 01, 08 & 09)

Hi again. I've already noticed TZX files for Enter Spectrum software magazine from issues 1, 8 and 9 still remains as MIA. Some time ago, not sure when, these files exist and I've uploaded them to my Dropbox account, as I have them in my PC while I was checking/collecting everything I have at this m...

Re: Little bugs in the database 4

Of course, I could make a listing of all ZX Spectrum type-ins from Tu Micro magazine for my Project BASIC ZX archive/blog, having digitised almost all of them, a part by myself and the rest with some extra help from some readers of my site. Yes, I'm very interested. Thanks!!! All type-ins from Tu M...

Re: Little bugs in the database 4

Thanks! I also saw this text before, but I could not see any indication that Cassette Juegos was sold independently. Did you conclude this because there's no explicit reference to any specific magazine number? Also the instructions transcription reference different magazine numbers for each program...

Re: Your Computer Magazine type-ins not in the archve

I had found a missing YC magazine (well, it wasn't ever preserved as JPEG or PDF files until now) in eBay, Vol. 3, Nº 7 - July 1983 issue to be precise, that I finally decided to buy it. Received today after several days, I'm going to scan it first for Internet Archive database. After this, I'll try...

Re: Your Computer Magazine type-ins not in the archve

This game from YC magazine has been succesfully saved to TAP, from this Z80 source, as I could enter BASIC mode and save every block (BASIC and CM listings) in one TAP file:

Battleground (YC Sept 85 - p. 95) - Arcade Game: Shoot'em-up (type of Space Invaders game)

Dropbox file updated.

Re: Your Computer Magazine type-ins not in the archve

I've typed Shade Copy program from YC Dec. 84 issue (page 192) - here at YC archive was uploaded a different version (in German) as a .Z80 file -. Some other programs from this magazine were also patiently typed by myself and saved as TAP files... if I can remember which ones!  Ah, yes: ...

Your Computer Magazine type-ins not in the archve

Hi again. How are you people? I'm actually checking the state of every type-in published inside all Your Computer magazine issues and I noticed that just a few of them aren't still available at SC archive, but published at Jim Grimwood's The Type Fantastic (i.e. Graphics Generator program - availabl...

Re: More Orion (Portugal) software

After trying to load the game (unsuccesfully, in spite of moving azimut slightly to and fro), I heard the tape from the beginning to the end. Only one side is recorded and, as I noticed, the sound is inconsistent in some parts (low quality), mainly during the part of the main code. Sadly I don't hav...

More Orion (Portugal) software

I've already seen in your database, as well as in WOS Infoseek, there's only one referée to this Portuguese distribution label (pirate, probably?). Well, I already have from some many months ago another release (a certain MIA) under Orion label of Interceptor Micro's Plummet, as I advised in my Twit...

Excellent news! Thank you so much Einar.

You may add INPUT Sinclair link to archive.org, as I recently submitted there all issues in PDF.

Hi I've tried to look for some games at SC database, but I've seen so many "Warning" errors given in return. For example: Warning: mysqli_fetch_array() expects parameter 1 to be mysqli_result, boolean given in /var/www/html/functions.php on line 178 ZXDB powered software search Home Forums...

Moonlight Shadow is on the Ommadawn album, but I couldn't find it on Neil's rendition of it . Did I miss it? Cool tape though, on the Speccy it all has a medieval feel to i...

Re: Cant find the program with digitized music?

A couple of weeks ago, I was searching through my Spectrum archive and coming across a program with digitized music of Mike Oldfields great song Moonlight Shadow, from 1983. I thought I had memorized the name of the program, but now I can't find it. I know there was no graphics, just a white screen...
