I know what the safest thing to do is. Use a better emulator :)
NO, SpecEmu is one of the best out there! :)
I would say THE best, regarding compatibility.

Re: New release of SpecEmu

Hi again Mark,
I also see that the file is again (as in the past for some SpecEmu releases) seen as infected by my antivirus.
After submitting it to Virustotal, it shows that 14 out of 64 antiviruses say it's infected.

I suppose it's a false positive, but can something be done about it? :)

Re: ChesSkelet: micro chess program - 363 Bytes

I´m so sorry. I thought this thread was dead, so I have not looked into it for some time. I´ll take the time to reply to you all. Regarding the site, I recently created a domain for my silly stuff, so now you can find Chesskeket under: http://chesskelet.borialabs.com/ [...] Alex Hi Alex :), thanks....

Could you kindly write the actual webpage address of the program, and a direct download link?

Re: ChesSkelet: micro chess program - 363 Bytes

The main links are not reachable anymore:

http://chesskelet.x10host.com/
http://chesskelet.epizy.com/

The last release I have is v0.811.
Is there a newer one?
Is it possible to have a .tap file of it, instead of a .sna? :)

Cheers - that's a 1Mb direct recording. Does anyone know how to convert that into a simple cleaned-up TZX?[/url] Hi :), here's the correctly interpreted .tzx file. The content is different from the .tap file (I compared them with Tapir). They are slightly different releases, but I cannot tell which...

Re: Doctor Adventures

If they're only just being put onto itch.io then I'm sure Planeta Sinclair is still providing a useful service, highlighting the game and helping to drive traffic to the new page... which I'm sure is appreciated by the author(s) as well. Yes, but they should specify the real release year and the fa...

Re: Doctor Adventures

No problem :).

For some time now, I have noticed that some old games, when they are brought to Itch.io, are considered (even by Planeta Sinclair) as new releases. But in reality they are not.

Re: Magic Fields

If you start it from the first level it's easy to understand its logic. The goal is to delete all the balls on the screen. When you click on an empty cell, 5 balls are created (one where you clicked, under the cursor, and 4 around it (up, down, left and right)) or - I should say - they are "rev...

Magic Fields

Hi, some years ago I started playing the 1996 game from Zack, "Magic Fields". I got stuck at level 15, though, and stopped playing it. No matter how many times I tried, I couldn't pass it! I always had 1 ball left. In these days I tried again, but no way. Frustration :(. Can somebody help ...

Cheers both, I've added the files to the queue and sent the correction for model. Can I ask Massimo where his original file came from? It's big because it's not correctly interpreted (it includes a direct recording block).

I created the correct tzx:

Hi Damien,
I tested your excellent Disk Image Manager v2.0.0.
I couldn't find a legenda for the sector colors... could you specify what yellow/red/orange/etc. mean?

Thank you very much :)
