Amiga Mod Ripping
Anyone any good at ripping mods from Amiga games?
It's my own game (Baldy), so no copyright issues.
I have tried Exotic Ripper and Pro Wizard, but either I can't use them, or they don't find anything.
The mod is not available on any of the Amiga Mod sites.

Yes, I did try...
Would be good to get a working one just to see how it worked.

Re: Chris Wilkins Crash 2022 Event
Who's the dab hand at Manic Miner? It's hard enough getting to the Solar Power Generator without the pressure of a big screen and an audience. And was it the same bloke make that schoolboy error on Eugene's Lair?! That was Geoff Neil (from The Spectrum Show) He won the challenge. Different person c...

Here is the link to the scanned page.
I did start to type this out a few years ago, but the colour scheme meant it was difficult to work out some of the lines.
Best of luck

I would suggest Star Trek. Text based versions go back to 70s and earlier. I think most systems had a version.

Re: RIP Sir Clive
Very sad.
Like many others, I would not have the career I have now if it wasn't for the ZX81 and later the Spectrum. It changed my life forever.
A little bit of him is in every ZX80, ZX81 and Speccy...

Thanks for the replies.
Seems C&VG had a Flexi disc too.
I have seen that Which Micro disc on eBay some years ago, but reading mag online doesn’t mention it. At least I couldn’t find it

Flexi Discs
Is there a list anywhere containing all flexi discs and contents from various (Spectrum or computing related) magazines? I know the ZX81 Othello one from Your Computer. I know the Thompson Twins one from C&VG. I know the crap one from Big K (with circle fill) and I think there was one from possi...

Re: Data 5000 case
Ah.. great... yes helps a lot.. I know the innards had removable parts to allow the ZX81 or Speccy to fit.. just didn't know what went where.. Now it's time for me to clean my two and try to make one good one.. Would be nice to find an advert though.. See how much it cost, when it was released etc.....

Data 5000 case
Despite me looking for the last 5 days, I can't locate an advert for this computer case for the ZX81 and Spectrum. I have two (in various states of disrepair) and am looking to see how the hardware fits inside. I have definitely seen an advert in a magazine.. but it isn't listed in the hardware list...

Re: Does the Maxduino/Tzxduino load at tape speeds?
[/quote] Just watched episode 77 which was very informative. Although I do have one question on this device. How does the device handle compilation TZX files? It looks easy enough to browse through the files on the SD card, but is it possible to browse programs within a single TZX file/compilation? ...

Re: Does the Maxduino/Tzxduino load at tape speeds?
I have one. I reviewed it in episode 77. For me it is needed when reviewing hardware that just doesn't work with a divIDE/ Smartcard/DivMMC etc attached. I could use my phone but the TZXduino can sit by my Speccy all day every day with an SD card fully loaded. I converts on the fly so no need to hav...

Re: Daisy Chains
Such chains are cool on one hand, but also a little bit too cumbersome on the other, at least for daily use. Depending on connections they can be also a bit risky, in a move-it-and-crash-it kinda way. Being tiny and cute is something I love about my 48k, and adding Spectra to it ruined it somewhat....

Re: Difference between 48k and 48k+?
The Spectrum + membrane design is terrible and it's a wonder they ever worked properly at all in my opinion. Wow.. well.. that's fixed one problem.. and stopped me throwing out of the window. Initial build & test worked apart from those pesky Plus specific keys = clamps in place. All other buil...
