IMHO the ideal solution would be a clickable marking for "fixed" on each post, similar to "like" but only available for users working on fixes.
This extension almost does that, but it only works on topics rather than individual posts.

Re: New Database Model ZXDB

Did you know google spreadsheets are nicely displayed in this forum? try to make one and post the shared link in here Here's one. It doesn't seem to embed - perhaps there's a setting needs to be changed? https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/e/2PACX-1vSojrLEZZZk243T1gub-Sxb3wreMqLmUWfnA6fIQOK2DhXl...

Re: New Database Model ZXDB

That's going to be a lot of threads bumping up and down. Someone would still have to try and keep on top of things—it's a lot of work. It's the same number of bugs whether they're in separate threads or in a couple of big threads. So it's a lot of work either way! Personally I think bugs1, bugs2 et...

Re: New Database Model ZXDB

Yes, that's part of the problem. @druellan is currently marking processed fixes with "likes" but they are hardly visible. Ideally we should have a more visible method to identify fixed issues, so everyone can notice our progress and validate if the fixes were applied correctly. Also it will make ou...

Mini-Putt is not published by Accolade, it's published by Electronic Arts and licenced from Accolade according to the cover (same as The Train: Escape to Normandy ). The cover is also missing/broken and just links back to the same page, but it should look like this: https://thespectrumtapegallery.g...

Re: New Database Model ZXDB

A new ZXDB update is available! As usual, it contains several additional titles and hi-res inlays. Special thanks to @R-Tape, @druellan, and @pavero for their contributions :) Always good to have an update, but I've noticed that the corrections in the Little Bugs thread are being applied very spora...

Re: Little bugs in the database 2

Silverbird corrections: According to The Bird Sanctuary , the Silverbird label wasn't launched until 1988. This means that Blow Out , Octan , On The Run and Sir Loin cannot have been released in 1987. The reviews for Octan date it to 1988, which is presumably the date of the others. Also, Olli & Lis...

International Cricket Thanks to David Stevens posting on Facebook, it turns out that International Cricket, thought to have been originally released on a cover tape and then re-released by Bug Byte was in fact originally released by Bug Byte as Test Cricket , then re-released as International Crick...

Re: The best Speccy game by Bug-Byte: discussion

Manic Miner's going to win again, though, isn't it? It's not that I particularly dislike the game, it was great in its time and is undoubtedly iconic, but nothing else will stand a chance here. Well, at least there'll be a different poll next time, which is going to be Software Projects, where, er,...

Re: Little bugs in the database 2

Do you know if the original date and price, currently assigned to Microprose in both cases, actually refer to US Gold original release or Microprose re-release? Fortunately all the versions were advertised individually: US Gold's Silent Service Microprose's Silent Service US Gold's Acro Jet Micropr...
