Power Drift is probably the closest available thing to what your describing?

Forgetting the mode 7 aesthetic, you're basically after a proper track based multiplayer racer with laps.

Best of them is Bombscare but it's actually first version of already well known game. Paddy is interesting too. It's some kind of poor man's Manic Miner, written probably in some complited Basic. Hi @Alessandro,

What's your stance on games that expect the keyboard to behave like an issue 2 48k Spectrum? I'm unsure what the difference is exactly but these games tend to not respond to key presses on a +2.

I am aware of at least 2 games that do this but there are surely more :)
