Re: Specchums and the coronavirus.
What's it like going to the supermarkets at the moment? (in any country). I've been putting it off, but in a few days I should probably think about getting a few bits. Surely there's enough nettles, oats and mini eggs in the wild? (seriously though thanks for the dm response and you make many...

Re: Specchums and the coronavirus.
Oh, it's Easter weekend, isn't it? That's why you're all making funny desserts and stuff! I completely forgot. Didn't even get myself a chocolate egg or something. Phoned the council yesterday as our bins hadn't been emptied (friday is our usual day). Facepalmed when the recorded message reminded m...

I'm currently down to a meal a day (not hungry once it gets even vaguely warmer) and LESS alcohol (not sure how that's working) and due to inactivity, still the same weight..

Re: Specchums and the coronavirus.
If nothing else good comes out of this, I've at least learned the word 'rebarbative'. Mark puts it very well above, people are so entitled, and of course the rules don't apply to them. I have a neighbour whom I know is not a key worker, yet they seem to be carrying on as normal, and it's infuriating...

Re: ZX Spectrum Next Discussion
Well, it's a cautionary tale.. Just as I was finding out my month old 4TB so-called backup hard drive was broken the buzzer went, hard. In my excitement I knocked my phone on the floor cracking the screen, something I've not managed in many years. The box was literally hurled at me by a surly man in...

Well thanks, but they're all items I don't eat individually! I'll try the pickle specialists. Important to keep the smaller businesses ticking over in these times so I can swallow a bit of a premium.

Re: Specchums and the coronavirus.
Pickle.
I'm having trouble getting any. Have had home deliveries from Tesco/Sainsbury's and Asda in the last 2 weeks, it's been on the order and not even been substituted for anything - from any of them.
I've got a shitload of corned beef going begging here. Any ideas?
