I wonder would you consider putting the book up on another store, at all? Something like Lulu or perhaps even Bitmap or Fusion? I'd love to give it a read but I don't shop at Amazon.

Just seems like another way to make money from 30 year old relics. There seems to be an air of righteousness in that there's talk of preservation and coders getting their well-earned money. It all seems a little disingenuous to me. I'm sure there are people involved who truly have the right intentio...

After watching Kim Justice's Covertape Wars video for the umpteenth time, it got me wondering. Is there such a thing as a compiled collection (or at least a list) of full games that were released exclusively on the fronts of magazines?

Any pointers would be appreciated.
