I play pretty much all my spectrum games on the ZXDS and I've managed to complete a lot of them (30+) over the last few years. There's only one game that gave me some problems, the trench lasers in 'Death Star Interceptor' are too quick for my DS lite screen and they pretty much blur into the backg...

At first glance I thought it was multicolour. :o

I like the look of the colour on the sprites.

...You don't need to count the time taken to bid for, and receive, 11 different (working) target machines on eBay to test it works on the real hardware... :lol:

Can't remember if I ever used to play it much in the 80s.. Very playable game though.

Oh, the recording is just from ZX Spin, which has a recording menu (Recording > Video > Configure Output and select 'Animated GIF').

Have been having a go at Astro Blaster, Quicksilva 1983.

Keep coming unstuck in the asteroid bits. It's easy to lose a few lives in succession. Very nice shooter though.
