Re: ZX BASIC: Test for 48/128k system

No, unfortunately not. Re: Cliffhanger from INPUT magazine

You could trawl through ALL the magazines and then type it in yourself   https://archive.org/details/inputmagazine Did anyone actually do that? I was typing my way through the INPUT issues in order - and on completing the first binder I was warned that Cliffhanger contained so many bugs (...

Re: Speccy Screenshot Maps

Would it be possible for you (or Bandit) to provide a detailed description of the bugs, ther fixes, and a BUGFIXED file, please? I would like to add this information as "known errors" in ZXDB. It would be nice to ensure everybody can have a version of this game that can be completed. How much detai...

Re: Speccy Screenshot Maps

I figured that I was going to need a map of some description just to be able to RZX the game in the first place... which eventually led to it all being bolted together into one glorious whole. Tracking down all the bugs (which was Bandit's job) was tricky enough, but we got there in the end. I suppo...

Old PC junk - Zip drive, 56K modem, etc.

Operation Fly By Night Away From Here (i.e. "get out of Nottingham") is in full swing and I need to trim down on the amount of junk I've hoarded over the last 18 years. First of all, I have a 100MB parallel port Zip drive and 12 100 MB discs, including the Zip Tools and Record-It software that came ...

Re: CSSCGC 2020

And in case you weren't all aware, which you weren't, this compilation was in effective development hell for 16 years. Game I was originally programmed in 2004 and just needed a bit of beating into shape before its release alongside the newly-written II and III. Strange what being barricaded inside ...
