Re: FPGA Spectrum Project

will work to get more assemblers working, out of interest, which one are you using? I always use SJAsm + assembler under Windows. hyperloader.hex was compiled correctly for me, but bios.hex already started to diverge from about 300 addresses (unless, of course, the versions coincide. I compiled the...

Re: FPGA Spectrum Project

I wouldn't expect anyone to want to view the hex files at all i only need 2 files: hyperloader.hex & bios.hex to check if the assembly is correct https://s.micp.ru/0InuN.jpg Legendary DE1 !!! https://s.micp.ru/kYl57.jpg Is this the menu ?? I compiled in a completely different assembly language. The...

Re: FPGA Spectrum Project

and what, ready-made hex files can not be laid out ??
Sources are great, but not all Linux systems, and of course you can run the Makefile under Windows, but it's very, very difficult :)

https://gitlab.com/zxmicrojack/fpga-spec All comments are welcome - try to keep it constructive. I would like to be constructive, but I don't see the project itself ?? Does he already exist or will he only someday ?? Well, about the scheme, constructively) The keyboard, of course, will work in this...

Re: ZX Spectrum Screen Memory Addresses

But if you are really serious to program anything on ZX, you will have to go the Assembly or C. I program in assembler, but I did the table in Exel, if Exel supports hex arithmetic, then there is absolutely no problem to remake the table. Everything is done on addition formulas there. But it was al...

Re: Spectrum Next core on MiSTer fpga?

flaming offtopic about ZX clones Well, not quite offtopic. Well, TS does not understand the difference between software emulation and hardware simulation at all. Without this, it is useless for him to explain something further. And it is useless to explain to Dmitry, although programs for Pent1024 ...

Re: ZX Spectrum Screen Memory Addresses

This excel like sheet, might be more confusing then useful. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1SaY-eT5MyXWMqOSZ4WsgEuRdaJfHTP5FCu3kWavUNGM/edit?usp=sharing two years ago I drew for myself, in Excel, for clarity. Here I tried to push the dock in Google. Maybe someone else is good for it :) At t...

Forget that forum.
Mister has been here for a long time, and the discussion too:

Sorgelig is not interested, but someone is trying.
The main problem is the different memory - SDRAM vs SRAM
Let's wait :)

Problem is I've been a software engineer for 23 years
The problem is that I'm not a programmer at all, ketmar won't let you lie,
but I will distinguish VHDL from Verilog, but I don't like modules on SystemVerilog, it's hard for me to translate them back to Verilog :)
Let's wait.
