Re: The Perils of Willy

Whether this urge is “irrational” or not, and whether their sense of self-gratification is “foolish”, is a matter of subjective opinion. Well, I think I can be entitled to my own opinions, especially when they are motivated, and so far I think I have not been lacking in motivations... Apparently, t...

Re: My Old Website

Thank you for sharing this bit of your past :) I also dabbled with Dreamweaver and Flash back then. Flash at the time seemed to be the future of web design. It was also fun to create your website from the base with simple HTML and some CSS to tidy it up (my own website is still structured this way)....

Re: The Perils of Willy

Preventing adult, intelligent people from doing things they choose to do is limiting their freedom. It is something totalitarian regimes like to do, to limit or eliminate individual choices. It should not be happening in the free world. "Freedom" does not mean doing what you want without regard for...

Re: The Perils of Willy

I know that I'm not the only author that feels this way In fact - again - I completely agree with what you just wrote. It's not the "walkthrough" videos I am against; so far I did not object to any of them regarding my games being published, as long as the "at least 1 week after release" rule has b...

Re: The Perils of Willy

I'm not a fan of using RZX to complete games. If it were possible to prevent it happening in my games, I would. I especially don't like it when they are published within 24 hours of a game being released. In addition, since it is actually a snapshot of the entire game, you are in effect publishing ...

Re: Specchums and the coronavirus.

Measures contained in the decrees issued by the government refer to article 650 of the penal code, which states that whoever does not comply with any legislative provisions legally issued upon reasons of public security, order or hygiene, is punished, when the fact does not constitute a worse offenc...

Re: Specchums and the coronavirus.

What really happened in Italy? The death toll appears to have reached those in China, where the virus has been present since mid-December with a far larger population. The majority of deaths in China occurred in the region of Wuhan, which has roughly 60 millions inhabitants, just like Italy as a wh...
