Re: ZEsarUX 7.2 BETA

I like the great amount of features and hardware supported. Great work with that! Indeed the audio skips and clicks a bit. The emulation itself has timing issues, it's not smooth. Full screen mode seems to be fixed at 1280x720@60hz Perhaps using a 4:3 resolution at 50Hz will help to solve timing is...

Re: Isometric Atic Atac for Spectrum

Stunning work, really.
It looks very polished and professionally made, allready.
I would also like to see more colors if possible, but still need to avoid color clash in this type of game.

Re: ZX Spectrum Next Discussion

I think the problem with these projects is undefined scope and lack of realism. It would be much easier to create a 200% accurate emulator and bundle it with a spectrum styled computer keyboard and joypad. And perhaps much cheaper and with less risk for all. I agree. ARM based boards like the Raspb...

Re: ZX Spectrum Next Discussion

After all that happened with the Vega project, each Next backer has the right to be suspicious if there are any signs that something is wrong. "Be cool and patient, everything will be fine, the sun shines, the birds twirling around us, life is good and all people are honest..." I'm sick of that sh*...

Re: ZX Spectrum Next Discussion

You right of course, but as you can see, history is repeated. The very same people, who bitterly defended the Vega+ project until his failure, now do the same thing with Next here, with the same "arguments". Why they do this on sc, not on wos? Because they couldnt even open such a topic there, we al...

Re: Top 30 Homebrew games for the Spectrum

This is a very good list.
Also, at least a dozen games deserve to be there, for example:
Cray 5, Funky Fungus, Bouncing Bomb: Redux, Oddy the Viking, Karlos, Zombie Calavera, Banger Management, Circuitry, That Sinking Feeling, Teodoro, Foggy Quest, Pietro Bross, Crimbo, Tourmaline, Dark Castle...
