Re: SpecEmu stopped working on my system
Thanks Luzie. I've tried this latest version and one from 2020 and the emulation speed is faster in fuse, ZXSpin and Emuzwin than in Specemu.Luzie wrote: ↑Mon Jul 24, 2023 9:01 pm There´s a new version out. Maybe you want to try it: viewtopic.php?p=121459#p121459

I have tried with Rodland and Battle Squadron. It works pretty well. I wish there was something like that for the Spectrum. I never made this feature work with Emuzwin.

Other makers for CYOA adventures are ETDLL and MUCHO
ETDLL is simpler than MUCHO. One can create games like this

Yes, I like to read the forums this way. I make double sided documents and choose 8 point Verdana in bold. Saving ink is not a problem as I go to a copy shop but one could choose Century Gothic in grayscale if readability is secondary.Lol

I'd like to see a theme based on Sinclair font
To save paper I use the smallest size and Verdana which I find most readable.
If you want to improve usability on small devices, you may find ways to get more padding between buttons.

Re: "Use your spectrum to explore the fantastic world of 3D television"
So far I found some principles that makes the 3D effect work. White background, black objects, red and cyan for anaglyphs, and simple shapes. Cyan and red shadows must be just 1 to 4 pixels width, more pixels make graphics ghosting. A simple game with bricks and moving platforms is my goal. Do it! ...
