AFAIK bit 7 of register R is perfectly safe to be used. Jonathan Smith (aka Joffa) did use it as a flag in several of his games.

Modern games such as "X = Y = Z" or "Xyzolog" shouldn't be included, as they're not Classic. And what's the point of including the MIA games, and the crappy type-ins?
