Having issues fixing comp video on +2 grey.

I've trying to get a decent image with composite via the RGB connector but failing. I'm still getting severe ghosting and some weird pixels coming through in the border areas. I've done a few things since images were taken and the checkerboard I got rid of with removing C3. I've performed the Joules...

Re: Cannot edit older posts.

What the general consensus on this? I’m okay with the two-hour limbo, but I think special dispensation should be given (or at least considered) for making corrections to code snippets and—if appropriate—to the posts therein. Why can't you just add another post with fixes? Or just link to a blog pos...

Re: Disney now co-own the ZX Spectrum. Seriously.

Seriously, who gives a crap? If it means no more giving away the zx spectrum brand willy nilly, I'm all for it. As for game IPs, yeah, not much really, the only real downfall will be refusal of distributing roms, but, meh. I'll be suprised if anything changes, it'll just be baggage that I'm sure is ...

Re: Bintracker - New Beeper Music Editor

Modern PCs have many threads for UI, having one deal with the playback is a non-issue, if emulators don't exahust much CPU, sound alone is neither here or there, of course, it's easier not to but nonetheless. The issues with GoatTracker wasn't one of instrument or the layout being an issue, normal m...

Re: Bintracker - New Beeper Music Editor

Nice one, I might give this a try. Something that's annoyed me is modern trackers that try to keep retor for whatever reason, things like GoatTracker for C64 is annoyingly needless and there's no reason why these softwares can;t just use native UI layouts, but that asside, lack of undo features and ...

Re: World of Spectrum....

Yeah, I understand that, there isn't any social media that has escaped it, but, as mentioned on WoS, this place isn't supposed to be a replacement yet its biggest thread doesn't give that impression, does it?

Why is this thread a thing? It's like you get a new (girl|boy)friend and can't stop talking about your ex.
