Spot on. There's only Dave and I moderating and I don't have the time, energy or inclination to moderate off-topic.
We did ask a few years back and people overwhelming said no thanks. There is an 'other retro' section if that helps.

@777,
Take a look at the first few chapters of this excellent book. Whilst it's title indicates it advanced, it's not really (especially in the first few chapters):

Re: Manic Miner/Jet Set Willy no longer available
Dozens of Miner Willy spinoff games and derivative works have been made while there was no copyright problem. There is an interesting discussion here Lee about such games. I tend to stay on the 'stay safe' side of the fence. https://forum.gamemaker.io/index.php?threads/manic-miner-jet-set-willy-int...

Re: Manic Miner/Jet Set Willy no longer available
They're still available on WoS and WoS Classic. Yes, both those sites use an old version of ZXDB which is pre these changes being made. I've had a number of attempts at trying to convince Steve that having his titles available on a managed site with his blessing, is better than them being only avai...

It all depends on how different they are to the original @Lee Bee. Each title is checked to see if it deserves a new entry.

Hi,
If you want any changes made to ZXDB (the database that powers SC and other sites), please use the ZXDB Fixes sub-forum otherwise they are likely to be missed.
You could put a summary there, and link back to here if it's easier.

Magicland Dizzy Classic+ Edition Thanks Lee, This would probably count as a mod, rather than a new title. We also can't provide downloads to most Codemasters titles or mods. I will ask pavero as to how he wants to deal with it. Just to let you know that you can upload new titles and modifications v...

I've played with this in the past equinox . It's currently set at 15% which seems to give a good balance. When the forum was small, search always gave great results, but as the number of threads grow, obviously you get wider results. I have just recreated the index (I tend to do this once or twice a...
