Re: Online Emulation Update
No problem. One amateur tip to test the layout from the PC is just resizing the browser window in many wild ways

Re: Online Emulation Update
It's a 4.5 inch device
I suggested to place emulator links on the leftmost side before tape links or..maybe leave more space between tape and joystick links so they fall on different lines

Re: Online Emulation Update
Indeed,thanks
however emulator links do not fit on portrait on smaller devices
an easy fix could be placing joystick links first, to the left of tape links

I've found this demo in Basic, somewhat related with 53c, which tried to emulate 128 different colours, Rainbird

3D Game Maker MODs by krt17
Did you know about these mods?
http://gamergy.ru/3dgm.html
They are worth a try as playability has been greatly improved with new controls.

Monocolour games in yellow are nice.
One idea could be impossible to traverse hallways unless you use the driller to provoke insect infighting, give them reproduction hormones, block anthills, lay sugary baits, etc

Short but sweet.
It could be interesting that losing a few lives forced the player to repeat the previous level, so infy lives but at the cost of having to jump thoughtfully, the game would last longer too.

By the way, I've just learnt that a Subbuteo game was released for the Spectrum.

No, it must be Billar Americano (Artic's Snooker) though I'd like to think it was Bug-Byte's Pool.
Do you know some futbol-chapas game?

Re: Game of the day...
Precisely I planned the other day to look for a pool game that I liked to play back in the days. I recall the player could move the cue tip around. Another good game seems to be Video Pool 1984. It has crossed my mind to mimick a pool-like football game in Basic, if Juan knows what I mean

Have you been using a different psu lately other than the official one from Raspberry?
Add this to cdmline.txt :
usbpowerdelay=100
cmdline.txt should be an all one single line using Spaces as separators.
Also cmdline.txt doesn't like empty lines.

Re: Extruder
The fuse team don’t make the libretro plugin for Fuse, I do know that the person that does was investigating upgrading it to a newer version and I think it could be expanded to support lots more of these features (snapshot states are absolutely possible as far as I can see). Thanks for considering ...

@PeterJ USP has an addon for Chrome browser that may be useful to support playing online. I'm going to check that! Yes, I didn't know about this either because my old PCs don't support Chrome. NaCl means native client. C/Cplus emulators running natively on the Browser? this could be useful ...

From the netplay-faq on Libretro's site Which cores work for netplay? * On a technical level, every core that supports save states should work but the performance requirements may be too high for it to work in any practical level. Save states.. Is not RZX and rollback what this is about? Maybe [ment...

..the FUSE core for Retroarch is not Netplay capable. I might be wrong, though. There could be some way to install other emulators? something to ask the Retroarch developers. The Pi version seems to support FBZX and two Fuse core versions : https://github.com/retropie/retropie-setup/wiki/ZX-Spectrum

druellan Another option could be Retroarch's Netplay.
Simply Austin made a nice Retropie image for Spectrum games.
According to this video review, netplay performs much better on the PC than the Pi
