Re: Little bugs in the database 6

This is a general one about 'other platforms' The majority of machines are listed manufacturer then model. The Amiga is the odd one out. Why is this. I'm assuming these names are in the database. Example: Other platforms: Amiga, Amstrad CPC, Atari ST, BBC Micro, Commodore 64, Commodore Plus/4, NES, ...

Corridors of Genon

The 'Preservation Text' against this title states 'Crash magazine number 1 mentions that a keyboard overlay was included with the game, but it is currently MIA.'

It's not MIA, it's in additional downloads.

The ayes have it so I will create one and move any Sam threads to it. If after six months it's tumbleweed then the sub forum is removed and the posts go back to other retro.

Do you want a Sinclair QL sub-forum

There have been a few QL questions of late, and I was wondering if it could do with its own section. We certainly are not trying to replace existing places to ask questions, just provide an extra place if users want it.

To come to fruition we would need 10 yes votes.

Would you like a SAM Coupé sub forum (Poll)

There have been a few SAM Coupé questions of late, and whilst it's not an official Sinclair machine it is pretty close. So, the question is do you want a SAM Coupé sub-forum. We certainly are not trying to replace existing places to ask questions, just provide an extra place if users want it. To com...

Re: The Hey Hey Hundred

I did a test on Thursta by using tape2wav from the Fuse Utils package. I tried loading the resulting wav file into an emulated 16K Spectrum and it still gave a ramtop error. Einar Saukas - Do you want these titles that are incorrectly labeled as 16K compatible on the packaging changed via the preser...

Re: Are amiga games bad?

It seems to me that it's more complicated than Spectrum The 16bit machines were a whole new world compared to the 8bit machines. Especially the Amiga. Commodore did include a pretty awful implementation of BASIC with the early Amiga machines. AMOS, GFA BASIC and Blitz BASIC were the main options fo...

No problems @Dal1980,

Just checked and the quick search at the top does not include titles within a compilation, where as entering publisher in the advanced search will bring back everything.
