Happy Easter everyone!
Yep I'll go a slice of that Alessandro, but not before I've had my Chuckie Eggs.

You're an early bird today Prodge - has switching to BST messed with your biorhythms too?
This one is a compilation of all the other games in the list.

This breaks Retrogaming Directive 6342.a in which appending a futuristic year at the end of a game title makes it better. 1 - Fruity 2 - Fruity 2010 3 - Fruity 2000 As always, fruit sims are a confusing mess of spinning fruit and flashing lights that I'll probably never bother to learn, but it's cle...

Glad to hear you've returned to this @clebin. I've just rewatched the vids from further up in this thread and I'd forgotten just how good it looked and how close you are. High hopes for this one

When Peter mentioned it further up the thread, I thought it meant the intro music and it was a classical reference

Superb! This is one of your best games Gab. Your trademark graphics are as gorgeous as ever, and you've got the playability spot on for me. The enemy behaviour is well judged too. They are pretty crafty when they change direction or decide to hang about. Great soundFX and music from Lee too - they r...

Very cool UDG. It's funny how so simple an arrangement is obviously someone wielding a bloody big gun! ( Pew Pew  ) Is it supposed to be straddling more than one character cell? Because you've got too many colours per section in those pics. If you draw them in ZX-Paintbrush as a .btile, it ...

This is one for @Einar Saukas.
I don't know why that section of the code isn't labelled, but knowing Einar I suspect there will be a reason for it. Whenever I've used Nirvana, I used my own routine the poke the addresses in the draw routine from 56468.

Let's not forget Saboteur's maverick approach to playability by actually being completable. Bitd, when I finished it (on easy), I didn't think "well I've been shortchanged there", I felt superhuman!

It's there as Island. The precursor, Island Adventure, is also there but was a CGC entry so you'd need to specify that in the search.

It's deceptively hard. I've got a mental block with those bloody purple diagonal things - I can't suss when they're going to get a turbo boost. After that I managed 5 or 6 levels in when the sprite types start mixing.

It turns out it wasn't just me that was fond of Blood then! The Spectrum music sounds almost nothing like the original in the Atari ST or Amiga, which is taken from Ethnicolor byJean Michel Jarre. That's one thing that stuck in my memory, and it enhanced the edgy weirdness. Who'd have thought that e...

Great stuff. It's got a touch of PSSST and Cookie about it :dance A few little things: Bug - the score doesn't reset to zero when you die. If you want to, you can remove the 'Bytes' message while loading with POKE 23739,111 (if your game uses the ROM you can replenish it when the game starts with 23...
