I think that there can be NO EXACT transliteration between languages which use different letters and/or phonemes... Anyone can write any greek word using latin letters in ANY alternative form he prefers as long as the letters used are equal or similar to the phonemes of the original greek letters. ...

My suggestion would be to use a transliterated version as the main title, with the original and translations as aliases. The transliteration system should be consistent. For modern Greek, I think the second set of transliterations I gave are usual. (Note the authors' names are also oddly translitera...

There's also the issue of diacritics. If you use them, you can add:
