There are 39 of them (only counting officially licensed, so no knock-offs or homebrew) according to this hour-long video from Kim Justice.

And yeah, you may question the inclusion of Spy Hunter and Tapper, but there's an explanation for that!

Plenty of good arcade ports, but Spy Hunter and Tapper are enough for me, I still enjoy them a lot.

I must confess I loved Out Run back in the day, when it came out I had been playing the arcade game a lot so I was excited with the idea of playing it at home.

Maybe its problem is it hasn't aged well.

Super Wonder Boy and Alien Storm are highly notable games in the Spectrum, I am sure she did not play them almost at all :?

If you look closely you can see the word Sega in the small print. ;)
