What's the tune on the second stage of The Untouchables?

Any ideas? Someone's asked what it is but I haven't a clue. It's at 4:45 in the video below (it should play from there).

Wish I could help, I like the 20s era so theoretically I should know it but unfortunately not this time :(

It sounds like some classical melody, not something created at Ocean.

The music genre is called "ragtime", you can hear some examples on Polish Wikipedia, maybe it will help with the search:

The tune on the first stage is "The Easy Winners", by Scott Joplin. So I'm assuming the other tunes are existing ones, not created by Ocean.

Thankfully, STIL (SID Tune Information List) has the following information:

(#6)
TITLE: A Black Bawl
ARTIST: Harry C. Thompson

Just like before, it's yesterday once more.

I thought it sounded like a very clunky version of The Entertainer + the music from Super Mario. Interesting to know it's a 'thing'.
