Decompiler for GAC adventures?

Post by equinox »

Is anyone aware of a decompiler tool for GAC adventures, or even just some documentation on the Spectrum GAC file format?

I am also looking for more info about GAC format. There is this UnGAC tool that is probably not related to GAC format at all: http://aminet.net/package/game/edit/UnGAC

Yes, UnGAC is the tool that will extract the GAC game "database" to a text file.

There are similar unPAWs, unQuill and unDAAD tools.

John's tools are available on his website... https://www.seasip.info/Unix/UnQuill/
