If no one minds I'll kick this off as someone mentioned to do so and I haven't contributed much.
So the letter T. Here's to start:
Tapper
Technician Ted
Terminator 2: Judgement Day
Thunder Blade
Trashman

Tir Na Nog for me. When it first came out it was such an eye opener with that large sprite of Cuchulain and the neat waving long hair not to mention the perspective effect with realistic proportional movement of the mid and back grounds. Its the one and only Spectrum game I purchased and still play and still haven't completed because I refuse to use tips, pokes or cheats! Talk about value for money, eh? I'm not generally speaking much of a game player but Tir Na Nog appealed to me because of its theme (I'm half Celtic). Once in a while I fire it up, reach for the graph paper to do a map and spend an absorbing few hours cursing the Sidhe.

I should love this game, but, even after umpteen attempts at trying to start the game I just can't get into it. The mythology, the story and everything about really appeals, but, all I tend to do it walk, get lost, walk and then give up. I need to somehow get my head around the map/compass and how to actually know where I am and where to go.

I really can't get used to that map layout used in Tir Na Nog (and Herbert's Dummy Run) where you walk right/left as east/west, but can be turned round so left/right is north/south. I just can't navigate a map like that. It'd be far easier to follow if it just stuck to walking paths east/west with short skip-through passages north/south that don't have anything significant along them.

Anyway, let's not forget:

Terrorpods was pretty impressive.

Tetris, I suppose
and Think!
and maybe Throne of Fire
and Quicsksilva's Time-Gate

I also like these:

Talos
Terra Cognita
They Call Me Trooper
Thingy and the Doodahs
Treasure Island
Transmuter
Tutankhamun

But I'd probably vote for:

Tres Luces de Glaurung, Las

Was wowed :o :o :o by the games intro, the sampled Amiga music was brilliant, the huge sprites were a joy to watch, but, unfortunately the game was a steaming pile of foetid filth

Me too. Brilliant puzzler.
I don't have anything cool to put here, so i'll just be off now to see a priest with yeast stuck between his teeth and his friend called Keith who's a hairpiece thief...

One of my all time favourite speccy tunes. Intro was awesome.

It was an alright block sliding puzzle game, but not very "Thunderbirds" - I actually preferred the later Grandslam game, though that seems an unpopular opinion.

Plenty good titles here, it will be difficult to decide between Terramex, Turbo Esprit, Terra Cresta, Three Weeks in Paradise...

Couple of the guys had talked about Trantor on Page 2 of this thread.

My thoughts are that the intro was brilliant, the intro tune was superb, the large sprites were great but the game played like a shuffling sack of sick badgers!!
