I'd like to add...

Although I won't be voting for them. Clearly, the winner, if we're all sane, has to be Mastertronic's 180. That is gaming perfection for me, one of the greatest budget games ever made.
720° would be my second choice.
Big thanks to everyone who has taken over the running of this poll in my absence BTW.

IIRC, the intro tune in 128k mode was cool. And a great game.
3D Seiddab Attack an obvious missing classic there?
I'd also add 3D Painter to the list. It wouldn't win in a million years, but it was one of the games I got with my 16K Speccy so I have a soft spot for it.
180 is the obvious standout for me here - best darts game ever!
I would have added 911TS too but Juan remembered it...
I don't have anything cool to put here, so i'll just be off now to see a priest with yeast stuck between his teeth and his friend called Keith who's a hairpiece thief...
For me it would be 3d Deathchase followed by
180 the best Darts game period.

I quite enjoyed 720 but couldn't work out for ages why I couldn't score many points when doing tricks etc. Turned out that it was because I was using Cursor/Sinclair controls. As soon as I switched to the standard keys with rotational movement, it was quite easy..
Really enjoyed 3D-Tanx.
And 3D Space-Wars was the first game I ever owned on a Spectrum.
Anyway, why are some '3D...' games listed alphabetically under their subsequent title and not all in one place under '#'?
That and you can't search for '3D' either as the search insists on at least 3 letters. And if you search for '3-D' you get one page of results, then it refuses to let you advance to page 2.

Attention PeterJ - you probably want to fix this: the search box on the front page isn't filtering non-alphanumeric characters correctly. It removes "-" from "3-D" but it doesn't remove "&", "%" or "*" (maybe others too) which appear to be working as wildcards. This means you can bypass the 3 character minimum, and even use "***" which returns most of the zxdb database on a single page!

Thanks Joefish. We will check that out.
