Collection of Covertape Exclusives?

After watching Kim Justice's Covertape Wars video for the umpteenth time, it got me wondering. Is there such a thing as a compiled collection (or at least a list) of full games that were released exclusively on the fronts of magazines?

Any pointers would be appreciated.

This link from the excellent type fantastic website provides a list of all cover tape contents. Not if they were exclusive though.

You could go to the homepage of our website and in the advanced search type Crash into publisher and see what you get back. I'm at work.so can't look right now.
