KnightmareZX is a brilliant vertical scroller with great bosses. Climacus and KMcNeil were a bit of a dream team. Great fun and demands to be played to completion. I couldn't get to like their sequel though.
I think overall Krunel and the Kyd Cadets have provided the most hours of pleasure.
I think King's Valley is a beautiful conversion. It plays really really well. What I don't know is whether the original has levels so hard as the speccy version or not.
King's Valley has walked off with the gold medal for this, with 4 votes.

Retroworks's version is a great game. My #3 but I'd still say a worthy winner. Ta for the polls Prodge.
