Oh dear! It really should be possible to make a very good conversion

Given that none of the objects in the video set attributes, but inherit what's already on the screen, it should be possible to make a 100% accurate conversion to the Speccy.

And we found Kamikaze via this thread, which is fantastic port of the game.
