I voted for Bonkers, I couldn't get Grid Master to work.
A bit trivia, I see that Bonkers was coded by David Jones of the Magic Knight games fame, he also did his own version of Break Away for Mastertonic. His version is called Type Rope.

David Jones did Bonkers, looks interesting, but again not played any of these.
