A quick one

Does anyone have the slightest idea how to start a game of this?

I've sat through the entire scrolly, I've been through every possible menu option, and nothing works. The closest I've come to playing the game is this:

I've loaded it with Fuse (Pentagon 128K mode) and runs OK.

First I press Space to skip the intro-presentation-scroller, then in the main menu press Enter and then M.

Can confirm this works. The error you're getting is from trying to save high-scores to the disk with the write-protection enabled.

Aha! I'd tried every key on the keyboard, but on the main menu screen rather than the secondary one that comes up when you press Enter. Ta all, and back to Interface Design For Dummies for the coders.
