I really like The Ice Tempe back in the day.

Ingrid's Back (follow up to Gnome Ranger) was a typically excellent Level 9 adventure game.

Looks like this 'i' list is going to pretty short compared to other letters.

Yeah, there are a few good games there but one of them stands out a bit for me so it won't be too tough a decision...

As to I Of The Mask by Electric Dreams, I think it's a weird game. Technically it's an outstanding game from 1986 (I didn't see something similar, a sort of a moving first person perspective, till 10 years later, when Tomb Raider was released) but it's boring as hell!

It's a game set in medieval times made of many smaller minigames like archery contest, sword duel, fighting a battle in strategy mode, wandering in the maze etc. It had a chance to became a classic like better known Defender of the Crown but failed here and there. Yet it's still an ambitious project standing out of the crowd.
Never heard of it, but after watching the loading screen, I think there's a new mission to @Andy Green! :P

Oops. Just seen this post! Nice of you to mention me, Juan! To be totally honest, I tend not to do screens for games that already have one as it's not in my interest to discredit the original artist. If it were a very basic loading screen with text or something, I would've considered it. For example, Road Frog, Kong and The Pyramid. ;)
