The cover artist was Mark Wilkinson. (This info is listed on other sites, was mentioned in YS back in the day, and has been confirmed by Fergus McNeill)
In the game entry, Glenn Fabry appears as the author (I supposed is the original comic artist). Besides, in the game instructions recently uploaded by Pavero, it can be read:
'We would like to thank the following people:
[...]
Steinar Lund - for airbrushing the Creative Reality logo.'
Do you think S. Lund should be included as a second artist in the game entry for 'airbrushing the logo'?

If we stare at the artwork, down right, it seems Phil Gascoine's signature, doesn't it?
I was looking at other works, and yes, looks like his signature.

His signature appears behind the letter 'M'. Almost sure it's him. The same as the post above. Don't you think?
Einar Saukas Rodney Matthews, inlay artist, is listed as "contributor" in Seas of Boold: https://spectrumcomputing.co.uk/index.p ... 96&id=6941 Is this the correct way to reference him (since it is not a staff artists, but a freelance), or it is just the way the artist got imported into the database?
Edit: Phil Gascoine is also reference a "contributor" on many titles.

The term "contributor" has nothing to do with ZXDB.
Spectrum Computing considers that certain roles (such as coder, in-game graphics artist, etc) are main authors, other roles (inlay artists, etc) are contributors.
There was a long discussion somewhere in this forum about it...

Academy - M Bromley?
Per "MB" signature in bottom right corner; A Tau Ceti advert is by M Bromley in a similar style

They seem to me to be graphic design credits, but probably not cover art credits. I think Blake Sears is an agency, not a person (now known as Sears Davies).
Einar Saukas How might I proceed? I can use labeltype "Company" but perhaps we can add "Company: Packaging/Advertising Design". Also, perhaps a new role: "Packaging Design"?
In my opinion, if the artist (just the artwork) is a company, it should be included in the artists' entry. That's better than having no info in this game.
But if the company made only the packaging design (not the artwork), as to being included in a new entry: 'inlay designer' or so... it's a thing that will complicate things a lot, as we have enough with the artists search!
In my opinion, we must not include that new entry. Most entries will be empty.

Agreed!
When we only know the company responsible for the cover art, it should be credited. For instance:

Agreed. Adding a new field that would be empty for all games except one, wouldn't help.
The credits on Mobygames for other games that Suzie Green, Sheryl Knowles and Michael Kosaka worked on are all for graphics rather than cover art so I think that credit is for in-game art that only appears in the C64 version.
