A View to a Kill is by Dan Gouzee, so the David Rowe mention seems to be another error.

OK. I have checked the David Rowe mentions in the "dodgy post" and have found no further errors. All bar 4 are on the author's website. Of the remaining four, two have David Rowe listed as the cover artist at Moby Games. That leaves two unconfirmed: one has already been corrected (Delta Charge); the other is Licence to Kill

In the official webpage of David Rowe A View to a Kill isn't included:

https://www.davidrowe.net/davidrowe-games.html

So I think it should be replaced.
What do you mean by "replaced"? There was no inlay credits for "A View to a Kill" in the archive, and nobody mentioned this game before you did.

Did I miss anything?

I've been checking the Steinar Lund covers in the "dodgy post". Most can be confirmed definitively by the signature, the artist's website or the artist's Instagram. The only ones on the list that I have been unable to verify in this way are the following:

Gyron
I, Ball
3D Pool
Classic Adventure
Dragonsbane
Smugglers Cove
Blood 'n' Gutz
Gatecrasher
Cop Out
Scramble Spirits

These I have been able to confirm with reference to other sites, so they also seem correct.

The full verified list is below:

I can help with Scramble Spirits. Here's the bottom left of the manual...

You can sort of make it out on the actual cover of the game but they slapped the SEGA logo over it. Likewise, it's slightly visible (when you know where to look) on the adverts in the mags too but they slapped a transparent text box over it.

Still checking the "dodgy post"....

Susan Rowe:
Jewels of Darkness (internal art)

CONFIRMED at http://birdsanctuary.co.uk/artists/ that she did the cover for the novella The Darkness Rises, but I have been unable to find any other evidence, or even the image itself.

Further "dodgy post" checks....

Herman Serrano:
Weird Dreams
Carrier Command

CONFIRMED at http://birdsanctuary.co.uk/artists/ which attributes to him "co-designing Weird Dreams (as well as doing all the in-game graphics, the title screen and the box artwork)" and says he "contributed a number of other paintings, including Carrier Command"

https://www.mobygames.com/developer/she ... rId,29043/ lists slightly different credits for Serrano on these games:

Weird Dreams: co-conception, programming
Carrier Command: graphics

On the basis of all this, I would suggest the following changes to cover art credits since the last update:

A View to a Kill - ADD Dan Gouzee
Licence to Kill - DELETE David Rowe, ADD Robin Behling
Short Circuit - ADD John Alvin

One other thing I unearthed:

Jewels of Darkness - James Horsler (internal art, literally "pictures"). Listed in the instructions.

Per Moby Games he also contributed internal art to:

Silicon Dreams
The Price of Magik
Red Moon
The Secret Diary of Adrian Mole Aged 13 3/4
The Worm in Paradise

Some of these seem not to have been included in the update, eg:
Rorthron wrote: Fri Jan 04, 2019 8:52 am Dark Sceptre

Cover by "Franklin" (signature in bottom right)
Rorthron wrote: Wed Dec 19, 2018 4:27 am Battlecars

Artwork for the Summit re-release (but not the original Games Workshop release):

"Artwork by Farnell Hinsley Design Ltd" according to the instructions.

Cover art by Les Edwards and David Gallagher

To clarify: the front cover is by Les Edwards, and the back by David Gallagher.
I haven't checked them all.

Some more names, all from Reaktor games, and all taken from the credits section on the rear of their respective inlays:

Challenge of the Gobots - Eddy King (pic below from my own scan)
Deadringer - Richard Edington (inlay is in the archive if you want to check! ;))
Mountie Mick's Deathride - Johnny Johnstone (retrogames.co.uk, cropped version below for convenience)
Out of This World - Jim McCarthy (retrogames.co.uk, cropped version below for convenience, taken from C64 release but same artwork)

Image Image Image

Richard Edington has come up before on another Ariolasoft title (Bride Of Frankenstein) and I think Eddy King is going to be the same guy credited as Eddie King on Triaxos (again, from retrogames.co.uk) but who knows which spelling is the "correct" one?:

Napoleon at War - Jean-Baptiste Mauzaisse

The inlay attributes the painting to "Mauzaine after Gros", but I think this is a typographical error.

Jean-Baptiste Mauzaisse painted the image, as a copy of Antoine-Jean Gros' original

No: inlay art that's not the cover (I think). The inlay credit just says "pictures", though, so it's not entirely clear
