Cavern Fighter is an incredibly speedy game. This poke puts a halt delay in the code and slows it down to something a bit less thrilling but more playable in my opinion.

The colourful lower part of the cavern in sector 5 shears very badly, that's something it already does but is less noticeable when it whizzes by at the speed of light.

..I liked the Cavern Fighter speed, really felt you were hurtling through the caverns.

Don't want to sound ungrateful or anything...

Can we have a section for POKES. ?

Wasn't there an integration with some other website to provide game pokes?

Yep, scroll down every game entry and you'll see a link to the Tipshop, there is usually a poke file available for download too.

I know what you mean, but I can only spend so long saying "shhhiiiiiittttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt". Having said that the game doesn't let me last that long anyway!

...Though an alternative improvement would be to get rid of the retina-burning colours on the skyscraper level...

Great idea - all blue skyscrapers: 31758,0 (you can get other colours by messing with that poke or that area of code.)

Tried the speed POKE, and managed to finish it in one go. Probably a good POKE for my not-so-young reactions of today..
