Question re data storage - advice needed
Hi All. Not being a very technical person I need to ask a question. I’m selling off some of my late fathers vintage computer equipment including a ZX Spectrum, a ZX 81 and two RAM packs for Z88. Is there any danger of any personal/sensitive data being stored on these devices? My understanding (which is pretty much zero) is that data for the spectrum / 81 was always externally stored on tapes and that anything in RAM is not stored once device switched off. Be grateful for any advice you can offer. Thanks very much.

Other than his DNA on the keyboards and the cases, there’s no personal data stored on any of these devices. You need not worry.
Every man should plant a tree, build a house, and write a ZX Spectrum game.

Better advice...dont sell them.
They will NEVER go down in price.
