Well power supply went down on my +3, spare one still works and +3 ok.
I have checked the 2 fuses inside, they are ok, what should I be looking at next?

The two transistors.
If the +5V output is shorted, or overloaded, it typically kills one of the transistors and the fuses don’t blow.
