divide 57c refusing to work

hi forum ,

got 2 divide 75c's which refuse to work on all my speccy's i have .

so in order to start i verified all active components and they all verify ( erpom and gals verify against file , and eprom data has been mangled )

i verified the test-rig speccy's with other pheriphals as interface-one and monitored the m1 line with a scope .

anyone who has faced the same and found a solution ??
