What is the best Spectrum emulator for Android?

Post by Rorthron »

After a year in the iOS wilderness I've returned to Android. What emulator should I use? I used to use Marvin. The WoS links made it easy to access games, which offset its lack of multicolour support. Any suggestions for what works well now?

Hi,

I use this one:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... l&hl=en_GB

I find it very comprehensive and its based on Fuse. The only issue I have with it is the file browser is over complicated and difficult to use. Otherwise very good.

I use Xpectroid:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... trum&hl=es

and Marvin:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... rvin&hl=es

Xpectroid is hard to get familiar with the controls and options at first, but once you do it, it's easy to use. But I noticed that some files don't load properly so I use Marvin instead. It has an easier use of joystick.
