Fuse options bug?

Post by elshiftos »

Hi

I've noticed that when using any version of Fuse higher than 1.5.2 on both linux and windows, anything checked in 'options/peripherals/general' becomes unchecked when loading a snapshot. Closing and opening Fuse restores whatever settings were previously saved under 'options/save'.

Has anyone else noticed this?

Thanks

I believe that’s intentional.

Do you know if there's any way of changing this behaviour? Having to enable the kempston option every time a snapshot is loaded is rather tedious.

Thanks

The kempston setting is stored inside the snapshot, is it not? Can't you load the snapshot, enable kempston, then resave the snapshot?

Or edit the snapshot with something like ZX-Blockeditor.

From https://sourceforge.net/p/fuse-emulator ... -released/
• Disable inactive peripherals after loading a snapshot
