Nice interview!

I suppose I have a bit similar style of working with Spectrum games to you, Alessandro:

1) avoiding any deadlines, it's done when it's done
2) working alone

Actually 1) is deeply connected with 2) When you work with other people you have to keep deadlines. One of the worst things of
working in a team is when someone fails do deliver his part in time and everybody else is waiting for him. Or he leaves the project completely.
It may be very demotivating for other team members and even kill the project totally.

Let's suppose a chance that one guy loses his motivation is 20%. If we have 4 guys is a team the chance that someone loses his motivation
is 100% - 0.8*0.8*0.8*08=60% :) So it's rather probable that someone from the team will leave at some moment leaving his work unfinished.

And when you work alone you just lose motivation, stop working, regain motivation, start working again also nobody complains about it.

Just a little rant from me ;)
