Are there any Spectrum emulators for the Nintendo Switch?

Does anyone know any?
Probably too soon, since there doesn't seem to exist yet any way of developing home brew software for it.
Only if you have an official SDK, which costs thousands to get from Nintendo, and If I'm not mistaken, software can only be release if they agree to it.
