Sinclair History

Post by rnhunt »

Many years ago I picked up a copy of "Sinclair and the Sunrise Technology" for 50p in a charity shop. I subsequently misplaced this but it was such a good read a couple of years back I bought a copy for £10 as real print is increasingly in short supply. They currently go for £20 on Amazon. Nice though this is it is getting a bit delicate to re-read (again) so I tried trusty old Google again for an electronic version - and this time had a hit! You can download from the link at the bottom of https://retropdfs.wordpress.com/current ... llections/, no torrent required. It's a great read IMHO, being written in 1986 looking back at Sinclair developments to date and speculating forward.

In a similar vein, this interview with Ruth Bramley who worked at Sinclair is also excellent - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bXBFud9zEoA. A real nice human side to the story, and the parties :D

Enjoy!
