shortest programs for zx81/zx80

Post by MrPixel »

ignoring 1k chess and it's successor, what were some short fun programs made for the machine. send a link to the source code if it is available.

Text of Not Only 30 Programs for the Sinclair ZX81 1K from Melbourne House.

http://amigan.1emu.net/aw/not30.txt

Also make use of the advanced search on the homepage. You can search for 1K ZX81 Games. There were hundreds published in the magazines of the time.

Also, as has been mentioned to you previously 'The Type Fantastic' is a great resource. The left hand side is ZX80 and ZX81. The downloads often include the source code in a text files. Many of these will be short 1K Programs.

That's 30, not 3D!

Just where in that book were you expecting mention of 3D Graphics on a 1K ZX81!!!!! You were asking for short 1K programs with source code, not the latest tomb raider!

If there are no ZX81 type-ins that bring about a VR world in 4K resolution and online multiplaying, then I'm out. Get with the times, guys!
