Hi,
This morning I followed a link from Google to https://www.spectrumcomputing.co.uk/ and it gave a certificate error.
I took out the "www." and it all worked, but I guess ideally the www version should load too, particularly if Google has been indexing it.
Certificate errors on www.spectrumcomputing.co.uk
Re: Certificate errors on www.spectrumcomputing.co.uk
Hi. Yes both should work fine. Can you post where you linked from please.
If you type the full address with www directly into your browser do you get an error then?
Can I also ask which operating system and browser you are using? Thanks

Re: Certificate errors on www.spectrumcomputing.co.uk
I can confirm the issue. The cert seems valid for https://spectrumcomputing.co.uk only. Nothing to do with Google, happens when typing www... directly into the address bar.
Firefox on Linux.www.spectrumcomputing.co.uk uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is only valid for spectrumcomputing.co.uk. Error code: SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN
Re: Certificate errors on www.spectrumcomputing.co.uk
OK, thanks. I'm normally on Chrome and don't see the error there, but can confirm on Edge yes you get the certification error. I will take a look, but for now just don't use the wwww.
