No link to forum in compact view

It pretty much says it in the title. Unless I'm mistaken, there is no link to the forum from the home page in compact view.

Also there is no link from the DONATIONS button on the compact view home page.

The compact view header is still work-in-progress. I'm still hoping for someone to provide a proper design as mentioned
here.

OK, it's working now! It's not pretty but it's the best I can do for now...
