Website Update 12 March 2018

Post by PeterJ »

There have been another update to ZXDB which has been applied to the site. Thanks go as always to Einar Saukas for the work on ZXDB and R-Tape, kolbeck and others for providing updates and copying screenshots. I'm particularity happy about the emails we receive from all over the world from developers asking us to add their games. It's great!

The main changes are as follows:
 • Usual fixes and additions
 • Lots of screenshots, including screenshots for all bicolour games
 • Two new entries – Steel Jeeg and Go Race!
 • English version of In Nihilum Reverteris
 • ZX81 version of Roust (to celebrate the Zeddy’s birthday)
 • New entries for ZX81 Games, some MIA, (thanks Neil Parsons and Thomas, Tapes and inlays next time)
 • Tape images for L'Ensouleiado Software

Apologies:
 • Some missing Czech games were brought to our attention, they will be in next time.

As Juan F. Ramirez has requested we will look at storing the last three updates somewhere on the home page.

Ta Peter.

I should have got L'Ensouleiado Software up ages ago but it got lost in the system. So if you want to learn about Roman Britain, how to speak Spanish or take an adventure holiday now it's possible.

These were 'denied still for sale' until last year, thanks to John Higham for granting permission, and Gilby for making the TZX files from John's old cassettes. The whole episode gave John reason to dig his Speccy out, but alas, it didn't work  (so he should put it on ebay as "should be working but not tested").
